OUR PROJECTS AND PARTNERS

Shebuild is the sole maintenance contractor (from inception to present day) for Cafe Mandalay, the contemporary Burmese restaurant in Huddersfield, undertaking all the decorating needs for this up and coming new venture. All interior design and branding work comes from Jo Briggs at the creative studio Such Stories, (also featured below) who worked closely with us to make sure the restaurant was rooted in its cultural heritage whilst also showcasing it as a modern space.

Timber doors/floors and plastering services

Paul works with us on many of our projects that require a building or joinery service and we have worked together for over 10 years on a variety of scales. Paul is a qualified joiner offering all aspects of timber work, kitchen fitting, floor fitting and plastering services.

Such Stories

Such Stories is the collaborative design studio of illustrator and ceramicist Laura Carlin and creative director Jo Briggs. Jo worked her design magic on the contemporary Cafe Mandalay project and both Jo and Laura worked on a bespoke design tile mural for one of our kitchen installs and plans are in place for other Shebuild projects.
